Two, one, oh: Quite the catch

👋 Madalyn here! Tu Asador, a Mexican steakhouse, has been on my list of restaurants to try since it opened in 2021.

Dig in: I finally ventured out to Castle Hills on Sunday for a brunch worth raving about.

Zoom in: Tu Asador's menu will leave you torn between two (or maybe three) options. Everything sounded good.

• Because it was a steamy day, I was in the mood for something light and refreshing, like the grilled tuna steak.
• I knew I made the right choice as soon as the juicy cut of fish, plated on a colorful bed of peppers and zucchini, was set in front of me.
• There was a bit of smokiness in each bite of tuna and the veggies had caramelized edges with tender centers.
