European-inspired café now open inside The Roosevelt

Café Alice is now open inside The Roosevelt New Orleans.

The big picture: The restaurant, named after President Theodore Roosevelt's daughter, replaces Teddy's Café.

It serves housemade pastries, European breakfast dishes and Southern-focused lunch and dinner options, a press release says.

Zoom out: The cafe joins more than 30 new or upcoming restaurants in metro New Orleans.

Blazin' Hot Chicken is another spot that just opened in Marrero.
