So far, the pressure hasn't dropped enough for a boil water advisory.
The latest rupture is on the same line as the Panola Street break and a leak a block away on Willow Street. Councilmember Aimee McCarron says her office has been reporting the Willow Street leak to SWBNO for months.
"This is a clear consequence of ignoring these reports," she said in a statement.

SWBNO leadership told reporters yesterday that their initial repair plan for the system should be ready next week.
