Flour Moon's bagels meet Fishwife's seafood magic

👋 Carlie here. I stopped by Flour Moon Bagels yesterday for their $9 collab with Fishwife Tinned Seafood.

• It was a tartine-style banh mi — smoked salmon pate on an everything bagel topped with daikon radishes, jalapeños, pickled carrots and herbs.
• There was a line when the shop opened, we're told, and they sold out in less than an hour.

💬 My thought bubble: It was tasty, but that's what I'd say about anything on a Flour Moon bagel. They can do no wrong IMO.

• I'll be back soon for the rare roast beef sandwich and bagel chips.
