Shia LaBeouf due in court next month after New Orleans arrest

Shia LaBeouf reportedly shouted homophobic slurs at R Bar patrons before he was kicked out of the Marigny business, the arrest report shows.

• He is accused of punching two people and was arrested on charges of simple battery on Mardi Gras morning.
• The actor was released later that day and was seen dancing on Bourbon Street with his jail paperwork in his mouth. He also posted "Free me" on X.
• On Ash Wednesday, he went for a run and dined solo at Saj, Page Six reports. He tried to visit two churches, but they were closed.
