The Super Bowl LIX fans with the most expensive tickets will dine on seafood towers and tomahawk steaks.
Why it matters: This is what it takes to eat like the rich.
The big picture: Fans in the suites, which are the most expensive seats for the game, can also dine on sushi platters, said representatives with Sodexo Live, which operates the food and beverage program at the Caesars Superdome.

- Plus, suite-holders can order live oyster shuckers and seafood towers with shrimp, lobster and crabs.
- Other items include traditional New Orleans fare like chicken sausage gumbo, lobster and crawfish etouffee, muffulettas and beef tenderloin poboys.
- Desserts include bananas foster bread pudding, king cake and dessert charcuterie with Super Bowl logo cookies, pralines and cake pops.

Between the lines: Sodexo officials didn't have prices available during a Monday preview.
Zoom in: General and premium concessions will have new items, too.
- They focus on elevating local flavors like lobster and crawfish etouffee, seafood nachos, a lobster sandwich, softshell crab poboy and vegetarian mushroom banh mi.
- Some of the regular staples from Saints games will be available, too, like poboys and gumbo.

By the numbers: Sodexo estimates it will serve about 250,000 meals between last night's events and the Super Bowl. It expects to sell about:
- 5,000 alligator sausages
- 6,500 pounds of shrimp for poboys
- 50,000 Leidenheimer baguettes for poboys
- 50,000 cocktails
- 700,000 ounces of beer
