This November heatwave is breaking records in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, the National Weather Service says.
Temperatures are about 20 degrees above average.

Good news: Two cold fronts are on the way.
The first one will drop temps into the 60s and 70s, starting Sunday. The second is forecast to arrive late next week, NWS meteorologist Kevin Gilmore says.
