This weekend, skip the studio and get in a free yoga workout with a skyline view.
Driving the news: The Indianapolis Cultural Trail's Full Moon Yoga Party returns to the Downtown Canal on Saturday night.
- Attendees will start by taking in the sunset together before flowing through an all-ages and all-levels class led by instructors from The Hot Room as the Moon rises.
- We Walk Indy will host a pre-yoga walk, Lily Groot will be in the house for live printmaking by bike, and music will be provided by DJ Gabby Love.
- When the yoga ends, stick around for a "moonlight mixer" with more music, mingling and the ambiance of color-changing lights on the canal.
If you go: 7-10pm Saturday.
- Registration is required to participate in yoga.
- Reserve your spot for the pre-yoga walk.
- Bring your own yoga mat, water and anything else you need. Glow sticks, light-up gear and bright clothing are encouraged.
