The Indiana Fever want you to pick which Hoosier artist will have their work immortalized on the side of their new $78 million Sports Performance Center.
Driving the news: The Indy Arts Council, in collaboration with the Fever and Pacers Sports & Entertainment, on Wednesday announced a public survey to select the artist that will hand paint a 40-foot-tall mural on the facility's north exterior wall.
- The goal is to give Indy another strong visual anchor and a new downtown landmark.
- The mural won't include player portraits or the team logo, but will give a nod to the team uniform and colors.
What they're saying: "This mural will become a defining feature of the space and a powerful expression of who we are as a team," Indiana Fever COO and GM Amber Cox said in a statement. "It's important to us that the community has a voice in shaping something that will inspire players, fans and the next generation."
Zoom in: Here are the three finalists chosen from a field of 65 submissions, and their submitted concepts.
Siena Baldi of Indianapolis

- An artist who says she creates magical realism murals that are inspired by the world around her, but morphed by her "slightly unhinged imagination."
Koda Witsken of Fishers

- Witsken told Axios that her art mixes graffiti elements with the color palettes of post-Impressionism and Fauvism while drawing inspiration from nature and community.
Alex Ann Allen of South Bend

- A traveling muralist with more than seven years of full-time experience crafting large-scale interior and exterior pieces.
What's next: The public survey to vote for a selection will remain open through June 14.
- The winning artist will get to work this fall, and their piece will be dedicated ahead of the facility's opening in spring 2027.
