The NFL Combine returns to Indianapolis

The big picture: Earlier this year, local tourism leaders announced the combine would remain a Circle City staple through 2028.

• Indianapolis has had to defend its spot as the event's home since the NFL opened it up for bidding in 2021.
• The league's desire is to make the combine — which generated a record $9.26 million in economic impact and attracted more than 30,000 people in 2025 — a touring, consumer-facing experience like the NFL Draft.

How it works: Over four days, 319 prospects will undergo physical and mental evaluations in front of NFL coaches, general managers and scouts for a chance to be included in the NFL Draft.

How to watch: The combine will be live on the NFL Network and each position will be evaluated. Fans can stream it on NFL+.

• 3pm Thursday: Defensive linemen and linebackers

• 3pm Friday: Defensive backs and tight ends
• 1pm Saturday: Quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers
• 1pm Sunday: Offensive linemen

If you go: Attending the NFL Combine is free with first come, first served parking.

• Attendees get access to the Combine Experience on the south lot of Lucas Oil Stadium.
• There, they can test their own skills, see the Vince Lombardi Trophy and view the full collection of Super Bowl rings.
• The Combine Experience is open 1-7pm Thursday and Friday; 11am-7pm Saturday; and 11am-4pm Sunday.

What's next: The 2026 NFL Draft will take place April 23-25 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
