The Children's Museum of Indianapolis is commemorating 100 years of memory-making by throwing a birthday bash.
Driving the news: The museum's centennial celebration on Saturday will feature party games throughout the facility, a roaming magician ready to blow guests' minds, animal meet-and-greets, snowball fights and a dance party.
- Party favors will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Attendees will also have the opportunity to craft their own centennial photo frames at the museum store by combining a family photo with museum-inspired decorations.
Zoom in: It will also be the final day the museum will collect donations of birthday cake kits to be distributed to the Mid-North Food Bank and Gleaners.
- The museum has a goal of giving out 5,000 cake kits that will allow families in need to celebrate their birthdays.
