My ongoing quest to crown Central Indiana's tastiest tenderloin based on recommendations from Axios Indy readers recently led me to a big bite in Broad Ripple.
My previous trips to the Aristocrat were usually focused on testing the taps on the pub side, which maintains an unmistakable vibe that's both cozy and chummy.
My take: It's called "The Hoosier Tenderloin" on the menu, and it lives up to the name. Two thumbs way up.
The meat-to-bun ratio was absurd, and in my opinion, exactly what you want when you think of Indiana tenderloin.
It was high on the crispy and low on the greasy, which made tearing off the edges and eating them like an appetizer a highlight of the meal.
