Noblesville's Bocado is a millennial brunch dream

Like the good millennials we are, my girlfriends and I love trying new brunch spots, and we've found a good one this past weekend.

Where to go: Bocado, a trendy new Mexican-American fusion restaurant in Noblesville's Federal Hill Commons area.

Both the brunch and dinner menus feature traditional items like burritos and tacos, but also some fun fusion items like churro chicken and waffles and a French toast torta.

The vibe: The interior is modern, warm and full of natural textures. Fans of the 16th Street and SoBro Gallery Pastry locations (RIP) will feel right at home.

What to order: Chilaquiles, one of the Mexican specialities on the brunch menu.

Corn tortilla chips are cooked in a delicious homemade salsa verde, topped with chihuahua cheese, pickled onion, sour cream, avocado, radish and eggs. It's all served with a side of smooth and flavorful refried beans.
There are traditional brunch drinks like mimosas, coffee and specialty lattes — the "chiqueta banana" latte tastes like liquid banana bread in the best way.

Open every day at 7am, until 10pm Monday-Thursday, 10:30pm Friday and Saturday and 9pm Sunday.
