Aliyah Boston knows all eyes are on the Indiana Fever

• "Honestly, it took me a while," Boston said. "To start the season, I was actually really struggling. Every single game is on TV. Every single time you do this (or) you don't do this, there's always so many comments."
• Boston drowned out the noise by focusing on helping her team make the needed adjustments to win amid not only unprecedented attention but while working headline-generating No. 1 draft pick Caitlin Clark into the system.

What she's saying: "We had to make that adjustment with millions of eyes watching us. So for me, I took a step back from social media to make sure I was just gonna do what I needed to do," Boston said.

• "I would call Coach Staley and honestly she would tell me — like she says all the time — 'protect my legacy.' And that's something that I had to understand."
