Meet the Maker: Larry Gindhart

• Today his performances utilize flutes, steel drums, nature sounds and other instruments to support meditation and recovery via sound healing sessions.
• Gindhart also facilitates community and healing drum circles to help participants boost their immune systems and reduce stress.

What he's saying: "Each person's body has its own frequencies of resonant well-being. When out of sync or in a state of imbalance due to trauma, stress or illness, sound therapy can help cells and organs regain states of resonant harmony and thus, re-establish balance within the person."

• He recently partnered with Indiana DNR for free concerts, and led restorative sound experiences at CITYOGA.
