Seven new sculptures by Texas artists are now installed at Wiess Park near Memorial Park.
Zoom in: The pieces are part of a collaboration between the Houston Parks Board and Redbud Arts Center and are designed to complement the park's forested trails and blend into the surrounding landscape.
What they're saying: "I wanted to bring art into a space where people naturally gather and connect, and seeing these sculptures come to life in the greenspace has been incredibly rewarding," said Don Aron, longtime Houston Parks Board officer and leader of the project.
If you go: Wiess Park is at 300 North Post Oak Lane.
The outdoor exhibit is free and open to visitors through August 2026.
