We've got a fun, fresh Vietnamese crepe dish recommendation.
Dig in:Xeo Yum in the Conservatory Midtown food hall offers Vietnamese crepes, pancakes and rice.
It claims to be the first place in Houston to offer the banh xeo experience.
What to order: Obviously the famed banh xeo. We ordered the crepe with tofu, which you wrap in lettuce with fresh herbs, cucumber and carrots and dip in the sauce. The banh xeo also comes with shrimp, pork belly, beef or chicken.
The crispy crepe added a satisfying texture to the lettuce wrap, while the fresh vegetables made it a refreshing choice perfect for summer.
