Over the weekend, Houston celebrated the Hindu Festival of Colors by painting people's faces with colorful powder as they wished them a Happy Holi.

The vibe: At the Hindu Temple of The Woodlands yesterday, a couple hundred people danced to largely Bollywood music in a cloud of color powder while some playfully chased or avoided water gun sprays.

Pro-tip: If you ever go to a Holi festival, make sure to wear clothes and shoes you don't mind permanently staining (a perfect time to sport your Crocs), and bring a blanket for your car seats for the drive home.
