With New Year's Eve just a couple of weeks away, it's decision time: cozy night in, or wild festivities?
If you're leaning toward the latter, here are your options for frivolities, drinks and music.
- Note: The Campus Martius ball drop remains on hiatus.
π₯ Resolution Ball: Advertised as Metro Detroit's biggest annual New Year's Eve celebration, this "Chicago-Vegas" style party will be held in the Crystal and Fountain ballrooms at the Masonic Temple.
- 8pm-3am, with prices ranging from $43 to booths for north of $250.
π Red Wings: Ring in the new year with sports festivities at Little Caesars Arena.
- 6:30pm, with tickets starting at $80.
π» Try your odds at any number of bar or club parties, including Tin Roof, Love and Tequila, the Godfrey, Full Measure Brewing, Orchid Theatre, Spot Lite, TV Lounge, Lincoln Factory and Marble Bar.
π¨ Need a kid-friendly spot? JoJo's Shake Bar is hosting a party and a countdown at 12pm.
- 11am-1pm. $38 a person.
πThose hoping to be in bed by 9pm can celebrate early with the Belle Isle New Year's Eve 5k and 1-mile runs.
- Starting at 3pm, with registration starting at $39.
πΌ Roll your way into 2026 at Mad Track Arena near Mack Avenue and I-75 with roller skating, DJs, food and a champagne toast.
- 9pm-1am. $30 tickets with $5 skate rental.
πΌ Throw it back to the '80s for NYE with Meltdown Mixtape at MotorCity Wine.
- 9pm-4am. $20 cover.
π The Roostertail venue along the riverfront will also be counting down, with revelry across two floors.
- 8pm-3am. Tickets start at around $37.
