After another sleepy start, the Tigers' offense finally woke up yesterday in a rocking 9-3 win over the Mariners at Comerica Park.

Why it matters: Detroit forced an ALDS-deciding Game 5 in Seattle on Friday with the win.

Between the lines: The Tigers were down 3-0 and down to their last 15 outs in the bottom of the fifth when the offensive fireworks started.
