🫡 Annalise here, reporting after trying the globally viral "Dubai chocolate bar" that's available from local sweets makers.

The big picture: You can find thousands of TikToks of people tasting the huge, colorful chocolate bar or making it from scratch. It's stuffed with crunchy shredded kataifi, or shredded pastry dough, and pistachio.

Zoom in: I was nervous I'd have trouble finding one to try, because they appear to be selling out so quickly.

• But House of Chimney Cakes in Dearborn had some this week — yesss!

Dig in: I grabbed two $12 bars — one style filled with pistachio and one with cookie butter, both with the crunchy shredded dough inside.

• I preferred pistachio for the salty nuttiness, but both lived up to the crunchy hype. It's a texture adventure.
