Valley Junction unveils five new public art installations

• Artists will be stationed at the works, with performers nearby and a free trolley linking art and gallery locations.

Zoom in: The art marks the first phase of Vivid Junction, an ongoing initiative that commemorates the district's heritage, adds public art, and creates more inviting community spaces.

💡 1 bright thing to go: Railroad Park's globe lights are back — upgraded with programmable, energy-efficient color-changing LEDs that debuted during Gallery Night.

• The originals were installed in 2019 but were removed after they stopped working several years ago and because, unlike the new ones, they were impractical to repair.
