Thepedestrian bridge at Colby Park in Windsor Heights has new art that's being dedicated today.
Zoom in: It was sponsored by Bridges of Iowa, a long-term addiction treatment program celebrating its 25th anniversary, and painted by local artist Amy Putney Koenig.
