The best thing Linh ate: Dorilocos

Linh here. If you were a fan of walking tacos growing up, there's a spicier, pumped up version you can get at Mexico de Mis Sabores in Clive.

What it is: Dorilocos ($8) is a popular Mexican street food that involves taking a bag of chips like Doritos or Tostitos and dousing it with toppings.

• At Mexico de Mis Sabores, I picked Tostitos Xtra Flamin' Hot as my base, and it was topped with plenty of mayo, corn, cotija cheese and hot sauce.

What I like: If you're an elote fan, this is the same creamy, spicy and sweet blend of flavors, but it's socially acceptable to eat as your meal.

• If you're sauce-shy or don't like mayo, this isn't for you. I recommend trying the tacos instead!
