Colby Park reopened this week after months of reconstruction, just in time for this weekend's Windsor Heights Fall Festival.
Zoom in: The nearly $3 million upgrades include a new plaza entry, playground equipment, additional parking and a splash pad.
Walnut Creek Trail runs adjacent to the park and ties into the metro's trail network.
If you go: Today's festival includes a free screening of "Hocus Pocus," free pizza and a silent disco that starts at 6:45pm
Saturday's festivities include a free-will donation breakfast, a mini-marathon, parade, petting zoo, inflatables, live music and fireworks from 8am-7:30pm.
