Thai Flavors, an eastside favorite, is opening a second location near downtown Des Moines at 2301 Ingersoll Ave. next month.
Details: The new location will have a similar menu to the existing spot, along with some additional items like Japanese cuisines, sushi, a bar, and a selection of Asian imported beers, said Carlos Delcid, a manager at Thai Flavors.
Size was a motivating factor in opening a second restaurant, Delcid said.
- The Ingersoll spot will be able to seat more people than the current location — around 150 diners, he said.
Mark you calendar: The soft opening is tentatively scheduled for late April.
