Denver is buzzing with new coffee shops all over the city.
Here are five fresh spots brewing up something special:
Flora (Golden Triangle): This ultra-cute café and cocktail bar — the sister to Hello Darling — serves coffee and pastries by day and boozy beverages by night. The plentiful plants and airy windows helps the space feel open and inviting.
- If you go: The mix of seating options makes it a perfect place for a coffee date or solo sip session.
Procession Coffee (Five Points/Ballpark): Procession recently relocated from its Zeppelin Station stall to a stunning red-brick storefront with expansive windows. Their espresso game is strong, and their pastry selection (courtesy of Sweet Anarchy Bakery) is just as tempting.
- If you go: The cortado is a 10/10 — smooth, balanced and bold.

Coffee Sarap (RiNo): Once a mobile coffee cart, this woman-owned, Filipino-inspired specialty shop is now a brick-and-mortar, bringing vibrant flavors and a spacious patio.
- If you go: Their pandan latte — a Southeast Asian take on a vanilla latte — is a must-try. For a little taste of everything, order one of their coffee flights.

Elemental (Clayton): Located in York Street Yards near Cohesion Brewing and Skiptown, this beautiful cafe doubles as an artisanal bakery and offers grab-and-go foods for breakfast and lunch.
- If you go: Try the pistachio crème or ham and gruyere croissants. The miso caramel latte is a must.

Cafecito (Montbello): More than just a coffee shop, Cafecito calls itself a "cultural hub" and "home away from home" for Denver's Latino community. The menu is packed with Latin American favorites, from café con leche and cafécitos to conchas (Mexican sweet bread), burritos and tamales.
- If you go: With tons of space, it's ideal for settling in and staying awhile.
