Denver weekend guide: Tennyson Street Fair, Taste of India, Jonas Brothers

1. 🛍️ Tennyson Street Fair

More than 100 businesses and breweries will be open during the Tennyson Street Fair.

The big picture: This year's event will include more vendors than last year — and extended hours.

• The event is free.

What to expect: Farmer's market style shopping, outdoor group yoga (bring your own mat), food trucks and live music.

• Makers include Mother Wolf Candle Co., The Denver Ginger, Atomicchild and Trapper of Colorado.

Flashback: Over 15,000 people attended last year's inaugural event.

2. 💉 Denver Tattoo Arts Festival

• This three-day event at the Colorado Convention Center includes performances by circus acts, contortionists, burlesque dancers and an ugly tattoo contest for a chance to win a free removal. Tickets start at $23
• Hours: 2–11pm Friday, 11am–11pm Saturday, 11am–8pm Sunday

3. 🇮🇳 Taste of India Festival

• This celebration in Skyline Park downtown will feature live music, dance and yoga classes, an artisan market and a dinner led by local chef Dave Hadley. Free
• When: Noon–10pm Saturday

4. 🎵 Jonas Brothers

• Tori Kelly will open for the Grammy-nominated trio at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs 6pm Saturday. Tickets start at $139

5. 💖 Love Island Day Party

• Head to Mile High Spirits for a party and singles mixer inspired by Peacock's hit dating show. Free
• When: 2–8pm Saturday

6.🪻Lavender Festival

• Frolic among over 2,000 lavender plants at Denver Botanic Gardens 9am–4pm Saturday and Sunday. Tickets start at $15
• What to expect: Garden tours, shopping with local growers and artisans, blacksmith demonstrations and live music from Colorado bands.
