This weekend: Peruse over 100 businesses along Tennyson Street, dine with a celebrity chef at Taste of India or see the Jonas Brothers in Colorado Springs.
1. ๐๏ธ Tennyson Street Fair
More than 100 businesses and breweries will be open during the Tennyson Street Fair.
The big picture: This year's event will include more vendors than last year โ and extended hours.
- The event is free.
What to expect: Farmer's market style shopping, outdoor group yoga (bring your own mat), food trucks and live music.
- Makers include Mother Wolf Candle Co., The Denver Ginger, Atomicchild and Trapper of Colorado.
Flashback: Over 15,000 people attended last year's inaugural event.
When: 11amโ8pm Saturday, schedule
Location: Tennyson Street from W. 41st to W. 43rd avenues
2. ๐ Denver Tattoo Arts Festival
- This three-day event at the Colorado Convention Center includes performances by circus acts, contortionists, burlesque dancers and an ugly tattoo contest for a chance to win a free removal. Tickets start at $23
- Hours: 2โ11pm Friday, 11amโ11pm Saturday, 11amโ8pm Sunday
3. ๐ฎ๐ณ Taste of India Festival
- This celebration in Skyline Park downtown will feature live music, dance and yoga classes, an artisan market and a dinner led by local chef Dave Hadley. Free
- When: Noonโ10pm Saturday
4. ๐ต Jonas Brothers
- Tori Kelly will open for the Grammy-nominated trio at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs 6pm Saturday. Tickets start at $139
5. ๐ Love Island Day Party
- Head to Mile High Spirits for a party and singles mixer inspired by Peacock's hit dating show. Free
- When: 2โ8pm Saturday
6.๐ชปLavender Festival
- Frolic among over 2,000 lavender plants at Denver Botanic Gardens 9amโ4pm Saturday and Sunday. Tickets start at $15
- What to expect: Garden tours, shopping with local growers and artisans, blacksmith demonstrations and live music from Colorado bands.
