Crew Review Week 6: Three points, but at what cost?

On the field: A comeback 2-1 win on the road against D.C. United.

Yes, but: That win may be difficult to enjoy depending on the health of Darlington Nagbe.

• The MLS legend, Crew captain and humanitarian limped off the field after a late tackle in the 84th minute and did not return.
• The team has not provided an update on Nagbe's health and has not yet held training.

Threat level: Nagbe isn't just a leader, he's arguably the Crew's most important player.

• The midfielder has played an outrageous 11,093 regular season minutes between 2021-2024, appearing in all but six games.

State of play: If Nagbe misses any substantial time, coach Wilfried Nancy won't have many options to replace him.

• Nagbe has lately partnered with Dylan Chambost, a more natural attacking player, while Sean Zawadzki has been required in central defense with Steven Moreira and Rudy Camacho injured.
• Nancy has been reluctant to use Derrick Jones; Amar Sejdić has yet to appear since signing March 3; and homegrown midfielder Taha Habroune, like Chambost, is more attack-minded.
