Usher, Chris Brown bring R&B party of the summer to Cleveland

By the numbers: Around 40,000 fans filled the stadium, creating a bottleneck at the main security checkpoint just before showtime.

• Usher and Brown performed more than 50 songs over 2 1/2 hours.

State of play: The two alternated performances throughout the night, with Usher relying heavily on singalongs to his massive hits like "Yeah!," "Confessions" and "Burn."

• Brown was even more active, at one point soaring across the arena while attached to a flying rig.

💭 Troy's thought bubble: I forgot how many Usher songs I know word for word. It's probably the most I've sung at a concert in a long time.

• While I've never been a huge Chris Brown guy, the ladies in attendance (about 75% of the crowd) howled for him every time he appeared.

What's next: This was the third concert at Huntington Bank Field this year, following Zach Bryan in May and Post Malone & Jelly Roll last month.
