Think you know your partner? Put it to the test at Mindless Minutia's Soulmate Showdown

Why it matters: Founder Jacob Gresham says Charlotte doesn't have many activities specifically for couples.

• Soulmate Showdown aims to change that, blending trivia, game-show energy and audience participation.

How it works: "It's going to be a mix of 'The Newlywed Game' and 'The Dating Game'... with a little bit of Mindless Minutia flair thrown in," Gresham tells Axios.

• HopFly's brewhouse will be transformed into a game-show-style setup, with a stage and audience seating.
• Competing couples can expect partner trivia questions, charades-style challenges, two truths and a lie, and maybe some playful bickering.
• "If they match, they get points," Gresham said. " If they don't, they get no points."
• Audience members will vote on couples and earn points of their own.
• The winning couple will get a $100 gift card to Mi Cariño and the top audience member will get a $50 gift card to HopFly.
