An all-inclusive Carolina Panthers away game experience from the team behind the popular Panthers fan group, Roaring Riot, will launch this season.
Why it matters: It's not every day you get to travel in a private jet to watch an NFL game in a suite with a former player.
Context: Roaring Riot has been organizing trips to away games for more than 15 years.
- This season, Roaring Riot founder Zack Luttrell is launching a new company called Conquest Experiences, which has extra perks.
What to expect: 18 people will be able to go on each trip. Everyone on the trip will have a private dining experience with a former Panthers player, who will also join them for the game in a suite. Possible guests include Thomas Davis, Mike Rucker and Wesley Walls.
- Three eight-seat private jets will take fans to their destination. Transportation to and from the airport will be included. So will a stay in a high-end hotel.
- Trips will ideally be Saturday and Sunday, getting you back in time to be in the office on Monday, Luttrell says.
- They expect to go to six out of nine away games during the 2025 NFL season. The away games exclude Arizona and San Francisco because they would have to stop to refuel the jets.
- Pricing is TBD given the costs to fly to different cities and varying hotel prices, but the estimate is roughly $10,000 per person. They'll be able to determine prices once the NFL schedule comes out on May 14 at 8pm.
What they're saying: "People don't typically get to sit in the suite and take in the game with a former Panther legend," Luttrell says.
Between the lines: Sporting events aren't just about cheering on your team. They also serve as a backdrop to woo clients or network, like Spectrum Center's new theater box or the many luxury options at next week's PGA Championship.
- Luttrell sees this as not only a way to appeal to people who want premium seats and an exclusive experience, but it's also another option for businesses to entertain clients, close deals and network.
