Panthers won't host fans at their practice fields during 2025 and 2026 training camp

Carolina Panthers' training camp will look different this year. The team will not host fans at its Uptown practice facility due to ongoing construction, a team spokesperson confirmed to Axios.

Why it matters: Training camp practices have been open to the public for years, aside from the pandemic. Plus, the team relocated its training camp to Uptown last summer from Spartanburg, S.C.

State of play: The team is currently upgrading its practice facility. The new field house is expected to be completed ahead of the 2027 season.

Fans can still see the team during Fan Fest at Bank of America Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 2.

What they're saying: "Due to ongoing construction at the Carolina Panthers practice fields, the team is unable to host fans on-site throughout the 2025 and 2026 Carolina Panthers Training Camps," the team said in a statement.
