The Carolina Panthers will hold training camp in Uptown this summer after years of making the journey to Spartanburg, S.C.
Why it matters: A new season brings optimism, despite last year's bleak record and a playoff drought.
What to expect: Catch the Panthers for 14 free training camp practices open to the public, starting July 24. Each will include interactive fan activities, concessions and player autographs after practice.
Training camp tickets will be available starting July 9. You can get up to four free tickets for each of the open practices via Ticketmaster.
Plus, the team's annual Fan Fest will take place at Clemson's Memorial Stadium in South Carolina. Tickets are $5 and on sale now. All proceeds from Fan Fest will benefit Carolina Panthers charities.
