Zoom in: Luxury real estate developer LV Collective will open Victory Lap on Aug. 30 — the start of UT's football season — across the street from their 557-unit tower, Paseo.
🍽️ Dig in: I loved the sausage pizza — topped with thinly sliced pepperoncinis — from Side Piece Pies, located in the back of Victory Lap.
You can buy pizzas by the slice. Prices vary between $5-$7.
🍹 To drink: Victory Lap's drink menu is nothing fussy, with frozen margs, Aperol spritz and ranch water.
Beer, seltzers and ciders are also available.
What's next: Victory Lap will hold a grand opening at 10am on Aug. 30.
