Oath Keepers given clemency by Trump for Jan. 6 riot get D.C. visits restricted

• Rhodes is the founder of the far-right militia group Oath Keepers. He was sentenced to 18 years for seditious conspiracy and other chargers related to the riot, one of the longest punishments among the rioters.

The latest: Edward R. Martin, interim U.S. Attorney for D.C., said in a Friday court filing that the judge cannot modify the terms of the defendants' release because their sentences have been commuted.

• "The term is no longer active by effect of the executive order," he wrote in the request to dismiss the travel restrictions.
