Rising Democratic star Stacey Abrams, who narrowly lost her 2018 race for Georgia governor, said Monday a run for presidency in 2020 is "definitely on the table."
Details: Abrams had said in an interview at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival earlier in the day: "2028 would be the earliest I would be ready to stand for president because I would have done the work I thought necessary to be effective in that job."
