The Caesars Superdome updated its menu just in time for Saints fans to celebrate the team's first home game of the season.

Here's what you should know:

🍻 $6 Dome Foam is back.

• Some menu items are priced at $6 in honor of the team's 60th season. The $6 menu includes draft beer, hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels and nachos.

🥃 Jewel of the South is doing premium cocktails on the 200 level, the exclusive Club seating tier.

• Find cocktails like the Solid Gold Old Fashioned at bars in sections 217, 225, 261 and 267.

🐊 A new alligator and pork burger is on the menu.

• "We're working with Thompson's Meats here locally to make the mix for us," Legends Global chef Michael Cansler says. "We fixed the seasoning in it to make more of a Creole-style bite … to really elevate the Louisiana flavors."

🧀 There's a new Superdome-shaped bowl for your loaded nachos.

• But you won't get the lid immediately. The frisbee-shaped piece of plastic is too projectile-like for rowdy fans, so get your lid from guest services on your way out, Cansler says.

🍪 Two new cookies were added to Ochsner's Eat Fit-approved menu.

• They include salted brownie and brown butter oat flavors. Both are gluten-free and contain low added sugar. They're available in the grab-and-go Bayou Kitchen & Market, the Little Caesars Pizza Market and the Mercedes-Benz End Zone Club.

New Orleans sends Dolly Parton off in style today, which her fans know as 9-to-5 Day, with a full slate of memorial events.

Why it matters: The world is full of reasons to disagree with our neighbors, but respecting Dolly remains universal.

Here's how New Orleans honors the American icon today:

🎸 Mayor Helena Moreno and the New Orleans City Council will officially recognize the day as "Dolly Day."

🦋 The Krewe of Dolly hosts a memorial parade at 5pm. The route begins at Armstrong Park, winds through the French Quarter and ends at the New Orleans Jazz Museum.

• Moreno will make a mayoral proclamation at 6pm, and the Blue Nile will host a celebration of life following the parade.
• The newly revived Hi-Ho Lounge hosts the official after-party.

🍴 Get Dolly-themed brunch at the Kingfish. A portion of proceeds goes to the Imagination Library. Reservations.

📚 Jefferson Parish's East Bank Regional Library has a Dolly party planned with a Dolly look-alike contest, crafts, bingo, sing-alongs and a body glitter station. Adults only.

🎀 Trixie Minx is putting on Dolly-themed burlesque shows at The Royal Sonesta at 8pm and 9:30pm.

☕️ Try Dolly's new "Cup of Ambition" coffee. Rouses Market on Carrollton Avenue has samples today.

• The collaboration with Baton Rouge's Community Coffee goes national on Tuesday, according to social media posts. It'll be available in light, medium and dark roasts.

🌳 Michael Karam, the city's director of Parks and Parkways, was fired this week amid recent public criticism from council members about poor customer service and overgrown trees and grass. (The Times-Picayune 🔒)

• He has held the job since 2020.
• The decision is part of the mayor's effort to improve city services and strengthen accountability, city spokesman Jonah Gilmore tells us.

⛽️ Gov. Jeff Landry declared a state of emergency, allowing farmers and timber harvesters to use untaxed dyed diesel in certain vehicles during peak harvest season. (WAFB)

• An average gallon of diesel in the state is $6.01, compared with $3.29 a year ago, per AAA.

🏨 Michelin recognized nine New Orleans hotels with "keys" this year, which is the hotel equivalent of restaurant stars. (List)
