Humane Society of Charlotte'sPet Palooza 2025 is today at Truist Field in Uptown from 10am-3pm.
What to expect: A family-friendly festival with dogs in costumes, a photo booth, food trucks, a walk through Uptown, a pet-focused vendor market, and of course, lots of pets.
Context: This is Pet Palooza's 27th year. Proceeds support the Humane Society's programs, like sheltering and medical care.
If you go: Entry is $10. Kids 10 and under are free.

Babaloo Coffee Club in South End recently dropped a fresh batch of spring drinks.
Sip on this: Highlights from the Springtime Collection include a tiramisu latte, matcha lemonade, banana matcha, and dalgona coffee that's made with coconut water and sea salt caramel.
If you go: To celebrate the drink launch,they're hosting a morning cafe set with local DJs today at 10am.

The Supperland Speakeasy will launch its next cocktail tasting menu, "Pre-Prohibition: The Golden Age of Cocktails,"onApril 17.
What to expect: A four-course tasting menu and cocktail pairing with drinks that were common before prohibition in the U.S. — think Old Fashioneds and Manhattans.
If you go: Reservations are required, and tickets are $175.
Seatings run 6pm and 8:30pm Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through June 14.
