Yogurt and Yuca (YAY) is an Ecuadorian dessert shop that opened in South End at the start of the year.

Dig in: YAY specializes in yogurt fruit smoothies, waffles and pan de yuca (cheese bread).

The gluten-free bread is made-to-order with yuca flour.
The yogurt smoothies are made with real fruit (we tried the mango and blackberry).

What to order: For a salty and sweet combination, try the combo, which comes with a small yogurt sample and three yuca bread rolls ($6.86).
