Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton gets outraised by challengers

At-large Council member Robert White, 43, a top contender and former Norton staffer, declined to comment on fundraising after launching his campaign late last month.

Context: Norton has not faced serious competition since first winning her seat in 1990. A campaign spokesperson declined to comment on her fundraising.
