The big picture: Local real estate agent Lisa DuBois is taking it a step beyond standard Instagram posts of listings: She films videos of herself ASMR whispering in properties and hiding behind curtains … and counters … and Murphy beds … and a trapdoor in the floor.

What they're saying: DuBois didn't start making the videos for business, although one video has garnered over 13 million views.

"I did this for fun," she told NBC 4. "This was to make myself laugh."

The bottom line: Listing your house with DuBois? Check your closets before you go to bed.
