D.C. weekend: Teddy Swims, Olympics closing ceremony watch parties, Sad Summer Festival

This weekend in D.C., watch the Olympics closing ceremony in a beer garden, enjoy all-you-can-eat crab, rock out at Sad Summer Festival or see Teddy Swims at a Nats game.
1. 🏅 Bye-bye, Olympics
The Paris Olympics conclude this weekend and there are places around the city to watch the closing ceremony.
Catch up quick: Local athlete Katie Ledecky won four medals (two gold, one silver and one bronze) during the Games.
- Kevin Durant will play with Team USA next in the gold medal game 3:30pm ET Saturday.
- Virginia's Noah Lyles won gold in the men's 100-meter final.
Here are three places to watch the closing ceremony, which airs at 3pm on NBC:
- 🍻 Wunder Garten will have a big screen set up in the Noma beer garden.
- 🍹 Shaw's Tavern (complete with Olympic-themed cocktails for $12)
- 🍿 Select AMC theaters around the DMV

2. 🦀 Crab Fest
- Enjoy all-you-can-eat crab and corn 1-4pm Sunday at Aslin Beer Company in Alexandria. Tickets are $75.
3. 🎤 Teddy Swims at Nats Park
- Watch the "Lose Control" singer live after the Nats take on the Los Angeles Angels at 6:45pm Friday. Game tickets start at $29 and include the concert.

6. 📚 Firsthand Experience: Pop-Up Books
- Create your own pop-up book with artist and author Carol Barton from 10am to 3pm Saturday at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. General admission tickets are $25.
7. 🎵 The Runback II: Juvenile & The 400 Degreez Band
- Watch hip-hop legends perform at the Howard Theatre at 10:30pm Saturday. The event is 21+. General admission tickets are $85.
8. 🎉 Emery Heights Community Day
- Celebrate community with food, family fun, professional wrestling, go-go fitness classes and music noon-9pm Saturday at the Emery Heights Community Center. Free.
9. ✝️ Summer Worship Nights Tour
- Watch Christian artists Phil Wickham, Brandon Lake and Hulvey 7pm Sunday at Capital One Arena. Tickets start at $25.
10. 🥳 Caribbean Sports and Family Day Festival
- Play cricket, soccer and dodgeball with your family and enjoy face painting, bounce houses, an international food court, craft and clothing vendors, a beer garden, DJs and more 11am-9pm Saturday at The Fields at RFK Campus. Free.
