Record Store Day (RSD) is almost upon us, and nearly every shop in the Twin Cities is gearing up for a packed slate of community events, limited releases, parties and more.
- Here are three events we're checking out this Saturday.
Electric Fetus: The Twin Cities' most well-known shop is hosting all-day DJ sets and live music from artists including Nur-D, Ber and TaliaKnight. Show up early for free caramel rolls, cookies and goodie bags from The Current.
Down in the Valley: Grab a discounted concert ticket from 9am–2pm at the Golden Valley store, which partnered with LiveNation to sell tickets with no service fees for all upcoming shows at Uptown Theater, Varsity Theater and The Fillmore.
Agharta Records: The University Avenue shop will have plenty of Record Store Day exclusives starting at 8am, including rare pressings of albums by Taylor Swift, Olivia Dean, Pink Floyd and Talking Heads.

🥁 Drum groups and jingle dress dancers will fill the University of Minnesota's Maturi Pavilion for Saturday's annual Spring Powwow.
- This year's lineup includes grand entrances at 1pm and 7pm, a feast at 5pm and contests for best lele and war cry. Free
🍄 Get ready for morel season at a spring foraging class in Bloomington Saturday afternoon.
- Gentleman Forager will teach attendees how to find and identify an assortment of seasonal wild mushrooms, and host Nine Mile Brewing will serve mushroom pizzas and beverages throughout the three-hour session. $115
🍻 How many Northeast Minneapolis bars can you visit in one night? Find out at the area's annual bar crawl Saturday evening. Tickets include transportation to 15-plus venues, three drinks/shots and an afterparty — if you make it that long. $26.22
