Where the Timberwolves' new owners could build a new arena

🏢 I've previously floated tearing down City Center and making an arena district stretching from Nicollet Mall to what would be redeveloped Target Center land.

🥕 The Farmers Market area has always been a logical option to explore, given its size and proximity to a future Green Line station.

🏞️ The now-available Graco campus on the Northeast Minneapolis riverfront should offer plenty of intrigue as it's a big piece of land, though it lacks transit or freeway access.

📫 Other options: The Minneapolis post office on the central riverfront; several distressed office towers; and the area just south of U.S. Bank Stadium, where Hennepin Healthcare is consolidating its hospital and could free up a large swath of real estate.
