Luxury tree houses are coming to Wisconsin Dells

Vacation homes nestled in the trees will soon debut at the Wisconsin Dells.
Driving the news: The Treetop Villas at Mirror Lake is set to open this spring, owner Uphoff Resorts announced Thursday morning.
What to expect: The four villas, which range from two to four bedrooms, are "cantilevered over the sandstone cliffs," with views of the lake and ravines below.
- They include access to decks with lounge seating, a fire pit and a lake-facing balcony hot tub.
Plus: The larger unit can accommodate up to 10 guests and features a sauna large enough to fit the whole crew.
Zoom out: The villas are under construction next to the The Original 1855 Dawn Manor Restaurant, a bar, speakeasy and gift shop inspired by the historic Dawn Manor.
- That complex, which has the same owner, is also slated for a spring opening.
If you go: The villas will cost between $250 and $1,500 a night, depending on number of rooms and demand. There's a two-night minimum.
