Restaurant roundup: Wrecktangle Pizza expands to Duluth, a new North Loop tiki bar

Wrecktangle, also known as the "Best Pizza in America," is headed north.

Driving the news: The popular Detroit-style pizzeria will be opening a new location inside Duluth cidery Wild State Cider later this year, the Minnesota Star Tribune reports.

🍹 Neon Tiger, the back bar at North Loop's no-menu cocktail spot Public Domain, has reopened as Vern's Tiki Bar, a "tropical escape with a lively party vibe," per the owners.

🍕 Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks is expanding once again, this time to North Loop. The fast-casual restaurant will open on Third Avenue North sometime this summer, per North Loop's news site.

• It will be the 11th location for the Twin Cities chain, which just opened its Apple Valley site over the weekend.

🍗 Abang Yoli, the Korean fried chicken joint with a spot inside The Market at Malcolm Yards and a standalone location on Nicollet Avenue, is expanding to Minnetonka, the eatery announced Monday on social media. No word yet on an opening date.

🍜 Cafe Yoto, a counter service Japanese spot by former Kado no Mise chef Yo Hasegawa, is now open in North Loop apartment complex The Duffey.

• Expect a variety of rice and noodle bowls, plus desserts by St. Paul pastry chef Marc Heu.

🥦 Fitchn is no more. The fast-casual health food restaurant in downtown Minneapolis shut down late last week after nine months in operation; owners did not give a reason for the closure in their Instagram announcement.
