Graze Food Hall by Travail debuts new concepts by Oro by Nixta, Alma and more

Cuisine from five James Beard-nominated chefs is now under one roof in the North Loop as Travail completes its makeover of the food hall previously known as Graze Provisions + Libations.

Driving the news: Three new concepts are open at Graze Food Hall by Travail: Tixtli by Nixta, Asian street food spot Umami by Travail and Caja, a fried chicken restaurant by the chefs behind Alma and Brasa.

Other recent additions include fast-casual salad spot Graze on the Green, which has an upcoming "spritz bar" from the beverage director behind Meteor, and a tavern-style pizza concept from the Wrecktangle Pizza crew.

💭 Audrey's thought bubble: Umami by Travail, which features dumplings from Saturday Dumpling Co., was by far my favorite of the three. The pineapple upside down cake with Dream Creamery's ice cream ($8) is a must.
