The big bite: I popped into Marty's Deli yesterday to try the The Dave's Fave ($14).
It features locally-grown heirloom tomatoes atop house made ricotta on Marty's fresh focaccia, topped with anchovies for an extra charge "if you know what's right."
Threat level: The special will only be available until the end of tomato season (usually October), per Marty's Instagram.
My thought bubble: After 25 years of neutral-to-negative feelings on tomatoes, my life changed yesterday.
