Restaurant roundup: Conny's Creamy Cone is back, Momento to close March 16

on Tori 44, the North Minneapolis ramen shop known for its chicken-based ramen broths and plentiful vegan options, suddenly closed last weekend after six years, it announced on social media.

  • The St. Paul location will remain open, a staff member confirmed to Axios.

🍦 Conny's Creamy Cone in St. Paul— also known as one of the cheapest spots for sweet treats in the metro — reopened for the season on Saturday, per Bring Me The News.

⛔️ Momento in downtown St. Paul will close for good on March 16, just a few months after its rebrand that brought in a new menu and chef. The space will be used for private events and potential pop-ups, the restaurant said on social media.

🍳 Egg Flip, the Korean egg sandwich shop taking over the former Taco John's space in the downtown Minneapolis skyways, will open on March 18, according to its social media.
